Christopher Wood is a composer and producer based between London & Coventry. Having completed an MA by Research in Visual Music and BA in Music Composition at Coventry University, Christopher has developed a compositional practice that draws upon electroacoustic, cinematographic and experimental fields to create work that is sophisticated, current and intentionally narrative and evocative.
Christopher also composes music for short films, with work seen at the IbizaCineFest, Carnegie Museum of Art and the Royal Television Society Midlands.
Alongside his solo work, Christopher co-founded The Upsiders, a successful function band operating in the West Midlands, who have supported Alesha Dixon for the 2017 Coventry Christmas Lights turn on, launched the 2-Tone Taxi alongside Neville Staple and headlined the Microacoustic stage at

Keen to collaborate with filmmakers, video-game designers and artists, Christopher offers a flexible and eclectic compositional palette, a good knowledge of contemporary media and a passion for creativity of any kind.
